Busy autumn! Preparing for the build systems workshop and hackathon.
We also realized that it might soon be time to start scheduling 2025 workshops and so that we can plan other events around them.
We collected few themes which we should revisit during topical weekly meetings.

We are post-processing the recent online workshop. Next steps
will be to write a short blog post on lessons learned and to document all improvements into manuals, issues, and templates, so that we have this knowledge available next time we run such an event.
Today we also discussed that the more senior instructors can in future focus more on mentoring new instructors. Train-the-trainer workshop could happen "in passing" while we onboard and mentor.

This was a coordination meeting preparing for the train-the-trainer sessions 3 (tomorrow) and 4 (next week), and our tools workshop starting in two weeks.
It's still possible to register and still possible to join as volunteer/helper/co-instructor.
Bring your own classroom to a #CodeRefinery workshop! Provide a learning space, without organizing a full training by yourself. Materials are open, lectures streamed, the only thing you have to do is facilitate the learning experience!

Today we met with the CodeRefinery ambassadors, got some feedback on what could be possible funding sources for the future and what would be needed for more effective ambassador work.
