New product coming soon! Adafruit PMW3901 Optical Flow Sensor... a SPI optical motion breakout board. This sensor tracks surface movement by capturing tiny images and calculating delta X/Y between frames. Drone builders use these for GPS-free stable hover, robotics folks use them for dead-reckoning navigation. Our breakout has onboard voltage regulation and level shifting so it works with any 3-5V microcontroller. Mouse hack? Gesture sensor? Rover odometry? We want to see what you do with it. 👁️
