Thread sucks. Matter sucks. Google's Home products (yes, I have some legacy ones from back in the olden days) suck sooooo much. I reset one, attempting to re-add it to my account cleanly. Nope, Google can't find it on the network after allegedly successfully connecting it.

Set up a new Aqara FP300 presence sensor. Decided to give Matter a try. Setting up a Thread border router was a pain.
But now I have a working Matter network! And a working presence sensor.
