Im neuen Jahr wird es einige Veränderungen in meinem Studio geben. Darunter auch ein kleiner Umbau an meiner #Desone Recording Kabine.
Der #Soundcraft UiR24 wird außerhalb der Kabine stehen & ein neues 15m Multicore-Kabel + ein USB Kabel verlegt. Dadurch entsteht mehr Platz in der Kabine.

Keine 6 Wochen vor Neujahr bestätigt Spotify die Gerüchte um die Anpassung seines Abrechnungsmodells: Ab 2024 werden nur noch Songs vergütet, die jährlich mindestens 1000 Streams sammeln. Zusätzlich wird nach Angaben von Spotify 1 Song erst dann als „berechtigt“ eingestuft, wenn er zum 1. Mal überhaupt insgesamt 1.000 Streams erreicht - alle Monate vorher fallen raus.

Well, it's quite simple: I will put my recording equipment (mixer, microphones, cables, etc.) into my car & will drive to U to record on site. Since I will have a small camper in the foreseeable future, the issue of overnight stays is no longer a problem.

I am using CW during my study @ the HOFA-COLLEGE online academy. During more than 5 years using CW, I faced only 1 issue with an reverb plugin which was @ the end a plugin related issue.
U can run all ur professional projects with CW & don't need an commercial licensed DAW. Give it a try!

Regarding the #Ui24R multi track recording into #daw
The Ui24R offers 32 channels for exchange between #mixer & DAW.
NOTE: The most common reason why the connection 2 the DAW, regardless of whether #cakewalk #logic #protools #Cubase & Co. does not work, is the incorrect selection of the #input #channels into the DAW
The Ui24R does not send 1:1 to #USB #interface but in the following order:
hardware channel-> USB-Out channel
master L+R -> 1+2
aux 1-8 -> 3-10
Ch. 1-22 -> 11-32

What can I say…. Yeah it’s really really stable, especially the #wifi #connection is very stable. I was sometimes 30 meters away from the UIR with my tablet. No #Outtage or #reboot
I’veI recorded the #show over an 30 Meter #usb extension cable into #cakewalk
All works fine.
