There is precedent for civil disobedience in churches. See #AIDS activist group #ACTUP 1989 action “Stop the Church” at St Patrick’s Cathedral in #NYC. The #Catholic church opposes the use of condoms, which help prevent the transmission of #HIV. They still have this ridiculous position.
