2. Bundel beschikbare middelen in één nationaal herstelfonds:

'ON MONDAY, D. FROM SOUTH SUDAN WILL STAND TRIAL AND FACE 25 YEARS IN PRISON FOR "SMUGGLING"

Next Monday, 5th of October, D. will stand trial in Chania, Crete. He is a young boy from South Sudan.

He has been arrested in January 2026 near the coast of Crete and charged with "smuggling" after being forced to drive the boat from Libya to Greece, on his way to seek asylum.

He has already been in pre-trial detention for 9 months awaiting for his trial. Now, with this accusations, he could face 25 years in prison.

D.'S STORY:

"The war in Sudan broke out and my father was killed. After that I left for Libya, I lost contact with my mother and siblings. In Libya I was alone, I was 15. There was no work and nothing to eat. My eyes would swell for days and I couldn't see properly. People would kidnap me and ask for money. The last time they took me, I had no money: so they made me drive the boat. Now l am in prison. My siblings have no one to feed them and my mom cant manage alone. The war in Sudan is still going on."

Like so many others, D. has been charged with "facilitating the unauthorized entry" of the other people on the boat - simply because he took on a task during the journey.

This charge is systematically used to criminalize people on the move. On almost every boat, at least one person is arrested. Every year, countless people are imprisoned - punished simply for arriving, and for helping others along the way.

D. is a young person with a future ahead of him - stripped of his freedom by a system that criminalizes survival.

Thanks to your support, we were able to hire a lawyer for him, ensuring he has proper defense at Monday's trial.

SHARE HIS STORY,
DEMAND HIS RELEASE!
FREE D., FREE THEM ALL!'

"We are a Roma family from Hungary: two parents and two children, our 17-year-old daughter and our 7-year-old son.

I have been coming to the Netherlands for work since 2022, usually for two or three months at a time. I came again in April 2026 and worked close to 700 hours. I have payslips and documents proving my work. I came here to work and build a better future for my family.

My family came to me in June. Before coming to the Netherlands, they had been put out onto the streets in Hungary and spent three days there with nobody helping them, even though there were children with them.

When they arrived here, I continued working for about two more weeks. Then I told my employer that my family had arrived, that we had serious problems with accommodation, and I asked for help.

Shortly afterwards, I was told that there was no more work. We were given two weeks to leave the accommodation connected to the job.

I cannot say what my employer's intention was, but the timing was devastating for us. I had work and accommodation, my family came to join me, I asked for help - and suddenly we had neither work nor a place to live.

We come from an environment in Hungary where, from our experience as a Roma family, racism and discrimination were part of everyday life. We experienced it at school, in our community and in other places. Our children grew up seeing and experiencing things that no child should have to accept as normal.

We went to Ter Apel because we believed that, finally, someone would sit down with us and listen to our complete story and understand what our children were going through.

Unfortunately, we did not feel that our full story was properly heard there. We tried to explain our situation, our homelessness, our children's situation, our fear of returning to Hungary and everything that had happened to our family.

But we felt that there was very little opportunity to explain everything from the beginning. We had the painful feeling that our complete story was not something they wanted to hear or take the time to understand. For us, this was devastating. We had already been sent from one place to another for weeks, and Ter Apel was supposed to be a place where we could finally explain everything and ask for protection.

Instead, we left feeling that important parts of our story had never really been heard. We have explained again and again that we are a family with children, that we have no stable home and almost no money.

We have been sent from one place to another, trying to find someone who will listen and help us. We have tried every door we could find. We have asked for help not only for ourselves, but especially for our children.

Some wonderful people have helped us along the way. Strangers have given us food, a place to sleep for a night, transportation and kindness. We will never forget them. Without these people, there were moments when we would not have known where we could sleep or how we would get food. But individual acts of kindness cannot replace a safe and stable home for a family with children.

Our children have been living with uncertainty, fear and exhaustion for weeks. They do not understand why their family has nowhere safe to sleep or why they keep being sent from one place to another.

They keep asking us:
"Why is nobody helping us?"
"Is it because we are poor?"
"Why are we treated differently?"

As parents, those questions break our hearts. We don't know how to explain to a 7-year-old child why his family has nowhere safe to sleep.

No child should have to wonder whether people will help them because of their poverty, their ethnicity or who they are. We are not asking for luxury. We are not asking for special treatment.

I want to work. I have already worked almost 700 hours here and I can prove it. I want to support my family myself. We are willing to work, to contribute and to build a stable life.

We are simply asking for safety, dignity, a roof over our children's heads and for someone to finally listen to our story.

We have documents, payslips, social-media messages and a police report. We are willing to show everything.

Where is the protection for our children? That is the question we keep asking.

This is our real story."

"TODDLERS ARE APPEARING BEFORE IMMIGRATION JUDGES. WITHOUT LAWYERS.

In the United States, migrant children as young as 2 are being brought before immigration courts that can determine whether they are deported. Many have no attorney.

A normal day in a Texas courtroom: 25 migrant children wait for a judge — a б-year-old plays airplane, a 3- year-old plays with the mic.

Among the first to appear before the judge was a 13-year-old Honduran boy named Angel. He didn't have an attorney.

JUDGE: "Is there a reason you can't return to Honduras?"

ANGEL, 13: "My mom and almost my entire family are here. It's too dangerous to go back."

JUDGE: "Would you like to request voluntary departure, or should lissue a removal order?"

ANGEL: "I don't know."
Angel bursts into tears.

ANGEL: "I have no one. I have nothing."

The 13-year-old was ordered removed from the United States and given until the end of the month to appeal.

That same day, 15 other children without attorneys were asked whether they wanted voluntary departure.

Some were so young they were playing with the courtroom microphone and stretching their hands into the air.

JUDGE: "Do you understand what these court proceedings are all about?"

A 3 year old: stays silent

JUDGE: "Do you have a lawyer?"

A 3 year old: "I don't know."

JUDGE: "Do you know what a lawyer is?"

A 3 year old: stays silent

The Trump administration ended federal funding for legal services that supported unaccompanied immigrant children.

Three years old. Migrant And expected to defend his right to safety in court.

RACISM IS AMERICA'S OLDEST TRADITION."

edit: we blurred the faces of the children.

"RACIST MOBS THREATEN TO KILL MIGRANTS WHO HAVEN'T LEFT LIBYA BY TODAY.

The emergency:

• Libya is already dangerous for people who flee. They are always at risk to be detained in prisons, where they face torture and (sexual) abuse.

• Top diplomats and UN officials describe concentration camp-like conditions inside these prisons.

Now mobs threaten to start pogroms from OCTOBER 1ST

• These mobs are angry that the EU turned Libya into a detention center, paying it to trap people trying to cross the sea while refusing responsibility for the moral and humanitarian consequences.

But: instead of attacking the system, they BRUTALLY ATTACK THOSE SEEKING SAFETY AND THOSE HELPING

The EU - Libya gate:

• As you know, (EU) politicians are obsessed with the idea of stopping migration by any means.
• And Libya is a main departure point for people hoping to reach EU shores.

That's why the EU TRAINS, FUNDS AND EQUIPS LIBYAN MILITIAS to capture people at sea.

The vicious cycle:

• Funded by Europe, Libyan militias intercept people at sea ⏩️
• People are forced back to Libya and handed over to militiamen in detention centers ⏩️
• To be released, people must pay extensive ransoms - or risk being killed ⏩️
• Militiamen organize departures themselves -for more money. 🔁

The EU - Libya gate:

• At sea we often see a race: Between Libyan militias who race to capture people in distress and civil rescue crews who race to save lives and offer a safe harbor.

As prescribed in international law.

• But the Italian government wants us to inform militias of our rescue intentions,
so they can abduct the people instead.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

There is more on what's happening in Libya but first:

here's what YOU can do:

PAY ATTENTION.
SPREAD THE MESSAGE.

"STATEMENT IN SOLIDARITY WITH THE CZECH ELBIT 11

On 20th March 2026, a fire destroyed a warehouse facility in Pardubice, Czechia. This facility was owned by Czech arms manufacturer LPP Holding. According to their own words, LPP Holding had planned to use this site for a project with Elbit Systems, Israel's largest arms manufacturer. The police have since arrested eleven people for their alleged connection with this fire; six of them were arrested in Czechia, three in Poland, one in Slovakia, and one in Bulgaria - The Czech Elbit 11.

Eight of them are currently held in pre-trial detention in Czechia, many of them under harsh conditions. They can be legally held for up to 4 years without any conviction. The remaining three activists arrested in Poland spent nearly three months in jail and are for'now being prosecuted at liberty.

The accused activists are being charged with two different crimes: taking part in a terrorist attack and membership in a terrorist organization. These charges carry a sentence of 12- 20 years with the possibility of a life sentence.

The Czech Elbit 11's lawyers are being denied complete access to the evidence against their clients. This severely impacts their ability to prepare a strong legal defense.

Other local activists are continuing to face police intimidation and harassment, with their homes being raided and their devices confiscated indefinitely. Even those who are just witnesses are being taken off the streets and their devices are being confiscated without any indication as to when they might be returned.

LPP Holding is a prominent manufacturer of drones and other weapons technologies in Central Europe. In 2023, they announced plans for opening a production and training facility in collaboration with Elbit Systems. In subsequent interview, Amir Bettesh (VP of Marketing & Business - Elbit's Unmanned Systems Division) stated that "[Elbit] chose LPP because we cooperated for years." This is in stark contrast to their claims following the fire that the "cooperation with Elbit Systems has never materialized".

We, the undersigned individuals and organizations, pledge our unwavering solidarity with the Czech Elbit 11.

This moment demands swift international opposition and solidarity across borders. We join with the CzechElbit11 and our fellow people of conscience against the use of arbitrary and undemocratic accusations of "terrorism" to silence opposition to genocide and rising authoritarianism.

As part of our ongoing demand to stop the Czech government's participation in the genocide in Palestine, we demand:

• Immediate release on bail of all defendants of the Czech Elbit 11
• Reclassification of the fire in Pardubice from an act of terrorism to arson
• Access to all evidence and right to a fair trial - ensure the detainees' basic civil rights
• An end to the police harassment and intimidation - no more arrests, being taking off the streets, house raids, interrogations or device confiscations
• An independent investigation into LPP's participation in the war crimes committed by Elbit Systems, and immediate termination of their cooperation and divestment from Elbit Systems
